The two females that work here are not friendly at all. One was Disputing with the customer over which piece of oxtail is big or not asking in a nasty tone…do u want this piece ??? If your establishment can’t afford oxtails where you can serve an reasonable amount so customers can also feel they have gotten there money worth for the meal. My advice Do not sell OXTAILS. Especially if you have to monitor how many pieces for the overpriced Dinner. I ordered some Patty’s they were stale. And cold. Not hot at all. Waste of money. Food in the garbage. My wife visited yesterday and picked me up a sliced king fish with rice and peas, and steamed vegetables. It was great, good proportions, delicious. Things have definitely improved since my last review about two years ago. I think this is the best Golden Krust in the Bronx, featuring a most jovially pleasant staff, especially a young lady named Sanya. Check it out for yourselves, great food, courteous staff and service with humor and a smile.
Good evening, I've read some of your reviews, and my experience differs from what I've seen. I've never had any problems with the women who serve the food. My concern lies with the food itself and the gentleman who prepares it. The amount of pepper used is extremely excessive. It's nearly impossible to enjoy anything that spicy.
The food is the same as any other Golden Krust location. The customer service has a lot of room for improvement. There?s usually a long wait time even when there?s more than one employee behind the counter. I recommend the spinach patty.

I had the goat curry yesterday, and this morning I savored the last two pieces of fried chicken for breakfast. The chicken was fried to perfection—crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, especially when enjoyed alongside coffee bread.
The food quality at all Golden Crust locations in New York appears to have decreased over the past five years. Furthermore, the female staff members at these restaurants often seem to have an attitude when serving customers.
I paid $17 for a plate, which included the mac and cheese, curry chicken, and cabbage, and everything was terrible. I strongly advise against wasting your money here.
