A trusted friend recommended this restaurant a few months ago, and we finally had the chance to try it out. The venue is nicely decorated, offering around 60 seats. There’s plenty of free parking outside, along with accessibility for disabled guests. The food was outstanding. We sampled a few of our favorites, including the braided brisket with noodles and the roasted brisket hor fun (flat rice noodles). The portion sizes were generous, with a good amount of tender braided brisket as well as well-seasoned meat, and the hor fun was adorned with plenty of delicate slices of brisket. Went for quick lunch, Excellent place for dim sum. Best salt pepper squid tentacles lightly battered and flavourful. Ordered the homemade prawn and prawn chive’s dumplings. Nice size portion and reasonable pricing. Clean and tidy eatery. Chinese tea is good too.
Parking can be limited during the week since many nearby shops are closed. However, on weekends, the situation improves significantly, as there are plenty of available spaces when many shops are closed.
Had dim sum here today, fast and polite service, and every dish was perfect! Squid tentacles were amazing. Absolutely blown away

Tried alot around Perth fried rice is In top 5 for sure. Worth the extra money. Could do portions abit bigger
