Despite our HUGE order of an original burger, veggie burger, fish burger, burgers to go, fries, onion rings, drinks, and sauces for the side...... all our food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection! Love that you can customize each burger, and they patiently fulfill each individual's requests. Didn't think we'd spend so much money at a burger joint, but this family business always brings OUR family out together on warm days to pig out!

When our family has a craving for a burger, we choose Gold Star. The place has a great vibe and reminds you what an edge of Toronto used to look like, before it sprouted condos along Yonge Street. Homemade burger is delicious, staff is energetic and will have you heading for your table with hands full of food in split second.

The best thing about this restaurant is the quality of the meat, it taste and smell good.So clean but not busy most of the time. Fast service with the same quality.Before, I was obsessed with burger priest but now I find golden star healthier and lighter.

I have be gping to this family owned and operated burger restaurant for more years than I can remember. Everything on the menu is tasty. The sauted onions for the burger are a treat for me. You don't find that everywhere. Sufficient parking in the rear. Reserva una mesa ahora

Their burgers are so good! One of the best that I've tried! Kept on coming back :). Although their buns are not hot, but their patties are freshly cooked! Fries have a huge serving!

We grabbed take-out burgers during a downpour of rain, and it was definitely worth the trouble. Yummy burgers cooked exactly as requested. Worth a stop if in the area for sure.

I love the burgers its really tasty & one of the best in toronto! However the fries is too oily I prefer their sweet potato fries (still oily but little bit better!)

The Golden Star is a classic burger joint. Never had a bad burger there and the onion rings are to die for.
