I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant! Since it first opened, the service has declined, and the place feels neglected. While I don’t visit often, I still try to support it occasionally. To start, my order was incorrect. I specifically asked for the sauce to be on the side twice, but when I arrived after the usual long wait, I found that it had been mixed in with my food. Not a huge deal, but then it took another 25 minutes for them to complete my order. When I finally checked my combo, I realized I was missing the fries. The young lady acknowledged it was the last bag of fries, but I shouldn’t have to deal with an incomplete order, and she didn’t offer any alternatives. A...
This restaurant used to be located on Eureka before moving to Merriman Road. When it first opened, I went to support the owner and discovered a variety of unique sauces with interesting names. You really have to ask to sample the sauces or get an explanation of their flavors, as they aren't recognizable by sight alone. Initially, I found the food quite bland, lacking in seasoning and flavor. However, at the new location, the food definitely has more seasoning, which makes a significant improvement! If you're in the mood for fried chicken, it's delicious. Keep in mind, it’s primarily a takeout spot—there’s no place to sit and enjoy your meal on-site.
We usually go here alot but I'll never go again after today I spent almost 59 bucks on chicken and fries and onion rings . My chicken wings were mooshy and tasted like they were old and put back in fryer they messed up my order at that and forgot my sauce and my fries and onion rings taste like old grease and when we first ordered they didn't have half their sauces and hardly non of their sides available.
I tried this restaurant and honestly, I could have made better wings at home. The chicken was lacking in seasoning, and there was no salt at all. I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. KFC, Popeyes, and Church's Chicken are all far better options than this place.

Worst customer service experience today period! Will no longer spend with them and will go to Buffalo Wild Wings! They say support BB?. Learn to accommodate your regular customers! Word of mouth goes further??
Actually my oldest child Screal told me about the place so I took his brother he purchase a dinner which I tried a wing of what he order and it was good. I will come back to try a different Flav of wing sauce
Wings were delicious, tried two different sauce’s and both were good. I’d come back and try other flavors they’re open late! The lady behind the counter was very nice too.
Tha Chicken is Ok. But it's a very LongggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggWait time ? So I'll be deducting a few points .

Yes. Best wings, flavor options are awesome. Not a crazy customer service based place but who cares I'm there for the wings and cornbread!
