Red Lobster consistently impresses with their delicious biscuits, flavorful menu, and prompt service. However, our recent trip to the Wayne Rd location stood out as exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, including a member with special needs. The hostesses kindly seated us in a quiet, dimly lit area as requested, the manager thoughtfully lowered the music, and our waiter, Michael, was outstanding. Michael even took extra care by providing additional food and biscuits to-go for our special needs companion. Our experience at Red Lobster was truly unforgettable.
Next, our appetizer came out, but it was burnt. We brought this to the attention of our waitress, who apologized and said she would inform her manager, but the manager never came over to speak with us. To make matters worse, by the time our dinner arrived, it was all cold!
I will never return to this restaurant or place another online order. This establishment clearly needs new management immediately! I work hard for my money and support local businesses, only to receive poor service from start to finish.
I had a pleasant meal overall, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with the unlimited shrimp offer. It seemed like the waiter was a bit reluctant to check if we wanted more, likely to avoid handling any leftovers. Furthermore, the machine at our table was not working properly, so I was unable to earn points for my order. On a positive note, I ordered a lemon cake to take home, and it was amazing! It was light, bursting with a wonderful lemon flavor, and accompanied by a delicious berry sauce.
They informed us that the wait time would be 25 minutes, but in reality, it took 50 minutes before we were seated. Once at the table, it took about 15 minutes for our bread and appetizers to arrive, and we had to wait an additional 25 to 35 minutes for our main courses. While the food was tasty, the orange juice we ordered was awful. Although we sent it back, we were still charged for it.

I had a fantastic dining experience at the Red Lobster bar in Westland. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding, even though it was nearly closing time. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful meal. I also have to say, the Sangria was absolutely incredible! Thank you very much.
Upon entering, the hostess was decent, but the server truly stood out. I brought my young child along to give her a special experience since the older kids had other commitments. The server was full of energy and promptly delivered delicious food to us.
The customer service here is fantastic! I wish I could remember our waitress's name because she was incredibly kind and patient. We didn’t have to wait long at all.
It was fantastic! They have a wider selection to choose from than ever before, and everything is delicious!

I enjoyed the fish fry on Friday, and it was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was attentive and friendly.
Our server was excellent, and the food was very good with generous portions!
