Alwàys really nice coffee and nice treats although the sausage rolls are a little too salty. The waitress (the one with the very short brown hair) I don't know her name however she is such a warm, charming, happy and delightful young woman. In this trying time when life is tough she makes time at Goldsteins so enjoyable. They should hire more staff like her she is a joy as opposed to the surly faces of others. 10/10
Absolutely disgusted by a member of staff at this usually pleasant cafe. In times that we live in. You would think people of all ages would be happy to have a job and make a special effort to be kind. But no not this senior!! She was so rude to me that I would not venture into the cafe again. The food and coffee were lovely.
The service is outstanding.and the staff are such hard workers and friendly and all there smiles make the day.And Corinne is and always has been a delight to your company.If you have staff awards i would nominate her. Runaway BAY Goldstein The coffee was so watery it had no flavour. Place only had 8 people already seated and they took over 20 mins to bring coffee. Food only took 5 mins I went on a Thursday and the staff were so slow. Not worth the money spent as had to throw coffee out. Reserva una mesa ahora
I placed my order with the staff, but instead of taking care of it first, she went into the café to stack chairs and clean up garbage. This led to a delay in getting my order, which was quite disappointing. There were definitely better things to focus on.
I had a great experience at the restaurant, thanks to a friendly young man who appeared to be about 16 years old. He was incredibly helpful during my visit. All the employees were working diligently and showed great dedication to their jobs.
The toasted ham and cheese sandwich was rushed, resulting in it being barely warm, and the bread was cold with the ham and cheese.
