The door is broken at the Gonga Cha location and it is blasting cold air into the entire store. The staff are walking by the door but will not take the effort to close it. This is very insensitive to customers and it is very cold and unpleasant inside the store. I would not recommend this store as they are inattentive to the condition of the store and do not think about customer experience.
The worst customer service ever. They should understand first come first serve and have fiduciary duty to their customers. I literally paid my order and waited for more than 20 mins and still did not get my order. Someone ordered after me and got their drinks before me. Will never come back to this place again.
The drinks were pretty good and the crème brûlée croffle was really delicious and flavourful. The only thing was that they initially forgot to make our croffle but besides that the food/drinks were great!
The Original Bubble Waffle is absolutely delicious! By the way, when ordering the Royal Milk Tea, be sure to ask for Tapioca because it does not automatically come with it. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food at this restaurant is always good, but it would be better if they offered the option to adjust the sugar and ice levels.
Nice bubble tea spot. They also have bubble waffles.Parking: Paid parking but you can probably find a spot on the street.
