I visited for the first time today, and from the moment I walked in, Sarah and Kendra welcomed me like an old friend. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of shakes they offer is vast and unique, and the best part is they’re guilt-free! I tried the toffee coffee shake, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely my new go-to whenever I'm craving a Frappuccino. Additionally, they provide exercise and dance classes as well. I can’t wait to sign up for those! Be sure to show these wonderful ladies some love and pay them a visit; the concept of this place is truly one of a kind!
This shop is adorable! I love the concept; I love the staff. I was pleasantly surprised at their friendliness and enjoyed my time in the shop!I'm not pleased that I paid $8 for protein powder to be mixed with water and ice. I could have done that at home for free. If there were extras: globs of PB, oats, varieties of milks, etc, that would've softened the blow.I love supporting small, local shops, so I'll likely be back but it won't be a frequent weekly visit.
Oh no, not another Herbalife front! Not only would you be supporting a (supposed) pyramid scheme that has negatively impacted the lives of many, but the drinks here all look unappealing. Honestly, this might be the least impressive one I've come across so far. Styrofoam cups and mud-colored beverages? No thanks!

The tea bombs are perfect to get you through the morning and the shakes are great for a meal or a recovery from working out. Their options are affordable compared to going to Starbucks or lunch. The ladies are super helpful and have so much energy and love for what they do.
Stopped in as they were closing up and Sara offered to make me a tea and a shake. It hit the spot after a 2 hour workout. Looking forward to to try their shakes. Fast friendly service and in a great location close to several gyms.
I came here for the first time yesterday because a friend recommended their post workout shakes and wow was it good! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here if you're a fitness enthusiast.
