9/22/21: Lastest review. This time I tried the Better Burger. I'd give this Burger a 2 star. The flavors are good but the burger literally crumbles as you eat it(see picture)leaving me to use a fork and eventually it just annoyed me so I didn't finish it. I was excited to try this but disappointed. The sauce is on point but I think it would be much better with a Beyond Burger pattie or an Impossible one. Black bean just does not hold up....at all. I also got the Spinach artichoke dip with blue corn chips. This is the second time I've had that and it's very good. I give that 4 stars. I'm just going to sprinkle some grated vegan parmesan when I get home. I only come here once in a good while b...
First of all, Mike was fantastic and incredibly helpful! All the staff members my dad and I interacted with were not only pleasant but also eager to assist us. The food here is extremely fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. It's hard to find vegan options these days that aren't just unhealthy alternatives. However, the dishes here are wholesome, and you can genuinely taste the homemade flavors and textures. I especially love the sauces and salad dressings, but the burgers are fantastic as well. I believe everything is fairly priced considering the quality of the organic ingredients! I would highly recommend this place. I can't wait to return and try their brunch!
Got the Bette burger and cauliflower bbq sandwich. The burger patties were so small considering the price. Disappointed for sure with regards to price poor. The sandwich was delicious and the the main point was the sauce. So delicious. Overall it needed more substance to make this a four or five star sandwich. This was my first Vegan experience. I was pleasantly surprised by flavor but texture was hugely lacking. Sauce was on point but sauce didn’t make up for lack of “protein”. The cauliflower sandwich with bbq sauce was tasty and appropriately seasoned. No complaints there.
Super delicious! So many vegan and gluten free options, incredible! We ate outside and had Big Mac, cauliflower sandwich with kale salad and lots of baked goods. Solid sugar less yet tasteful drink options! Only the potato fries were a but dry and not so good, probably usually better the sauce with them was excellent. Thanks so much also to the friendly staff great food, service and hygiene practices during pandemic. We’ll be back and drove many hours to visit, worth it! Reserva una mesa ahora
My daughter and her family (five of us in total) dined at The Good Beet on Haddon Ave in Westmont on Saturday afternoon, May 14. The staff was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, and burgers. I tried the coconut, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, and it was delightful—crisp and sweet. I will definitely order it again. The desserts were also very good. My daughter and I are gluten-free, and we thought the food was excellent!
The prices are on the high side, but the customer service is excellent. The food tastes great, and the portion size of the bowls is generous. However, I felt that there was too much white rice included. For the sandwiches, it would have been nice to have a side dish to make the meal more filling. Parking can be a challenge since the street parking always seems to be full. Overall, it was a good experience. Be sure to check out the photos!
What a wonderful experience! The food was incredible. Manager Mike was extremely friendly and had a great understanding of their dishes and products. The chef was also very kind, approachable, and had a great sense of humor. I even made a fantastic connection with them that I can see blossoming into a friendship. Overall, my experience was exceptional. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite vegan spots in all of New Jersey!
Really love this place and the food! It's great to have vegan places around. Everything on the menu looked great and I wanted to try it all! I will definitely keep going here to try more things on the menu.
