I shouldn't be receiving calls from my wife after she leaves the store feeling frustrated, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened since the changes were made. It doesn’t matter if it’s the end of the shift or close to closing time; some customers can’t arrive any earlier. You’ve chosen to close sooner than you used to, yet customer service should still be a priority. We also want to get home to our families, but that doesn’t mean we should be rushed through the store or hurried out just so you can lock up on time.

I was not very happy with my experience purchasing chocolate-covered peanuts from their self-serve dispensers. Shortly after getting home, I discovered a earwig in my bag while I was eating, which was quite gross. There's no way it could have gotten into my sealed bag within just two hours of my purchase, and I went straight home. I decided to return to the store to inform them about the issue. I had to speak with a few people before I finally received a small refund, which was not my main concern at all. After getting my refund, all I received was an apology, which didn't feel adequate. I am really disappointed with this retailer. I have been frequenting this store for many years on and off since I lived in Hamilton. Now living in Brantford, it continues to disappoint. Packaged products (supplements, hygiene, grooming aids etc) vs fresh food products show a world of difference. This store can't sell fresh items like juices and wraps if their life depended on it. I always find expired products in both their stores. What gives Goodness Me? Ive been going to various GM stores over the years, but this one is a problem in that the vegetables are often not fresh various beet varieties yesterday were mushy, green kale going off, chestnuts not firm showing age, and several times I bought avocados that didn't ripen properly possibly from too cold storage disrupting the ripening process. Often find packaged products like gluten free lentil pasta much higher at all GMs than at places like superstore and other grocery stores. Also, they won't take back items sold at other GM if they happen to not sell that item. Bit of pain.

I was fortunate to have a friendly cashier during my first visit to this location. She was incredibly nice and welcoming! In comparison to the one on Upper Gage in Hamilton, this place is far superior. I will definitely return.
I used to think this place was too expensive but the other grocers have caught up and here I get organic and Canadian.
Go to place when most large change Grocers do not carry the organic products I'm looking for.
