Goodson Farms is a seasonal market offering a selection of items done with Strawberry and very popular sandwiches.The Cuban Sandwich is one of the best of the area.Goodson farm offers, sliced strawberries, milkshakes, sundaes, shortcakes at a very low price and they are delicious. My preference is The Works a strawberry shortcake with cake freshly made at the farm, vanilla ice cream, sliced strawberries and whipped cream.They also sale fruits and vegetables in the store.If you are in the Balm, Riverview, Ruskin or Wimauma area, please stop in….you will not regret it.

Delicious strawberries and produce, excellent preserves and other goods, absolutely exceptional strawberry shortcake and other freshly made foods! We stopped getting the strawberry shortcake from the strawberry festival or anywhere else for that matter because this is the best one. The Cuban sandwiches and other strawberry desserts are fantastic as well; we usually have to get at least one of each dessert whenever we go here. The staff is absolutely delightful and efficient. This place is well worth the inevitable line to get to the service counter.

We have been going to Goodson’s for several years and they never disappoint! The BEST strawberries and Cuban Sandwiches! Really, if you don’t have room for the sandwich because you got “The Works” bowl of strawberries with cake and ice cream, take it home and have it later. It is big enough to share with someone. Can’t say enough yummy things about the Goodson Strawberries! They also have wonderful jelly (including sugar free). They have veggies available to in their store. Make the trip to Balm, FL. You won’t be disappointed!

I will definitely be returning. I’ve heard about their strawberries for a while and finally had the chance to visit. It’s a straightforward farm that sells produce and jams, complete with outdoor seating. There are strawberry fields and packing houses on site. Unfortunately, the strawberries I tried today were a bit firm and quite sour. The Georgia Vidalia hot sauce was too sweet for my liking, though I understand that onion-based hot sauces can have that sweetness. Reserva una mesa ahora

Strawberries galore!! Wonderful place that sells fresh produce, jams and such. They also serve various fresh strawberry desserts. This place is a local must do! I went there for their renowned fresh strawberry shortcake; complete with softserve vanilla ice cream and whip cream. They call it The Works and it is a wonderful treat that is almost a meal! The service os very polite and friendly too.

The staff was rude. I was informed that they specialize in the SCC business, but little did they know that I'm young and actually from SCC! They reminded me of the Goodson owners. Be sure to check out the news in Tampa. Poor business practices. We won't be returning.

The owner of this restaurant blocked an easement, preventing his neighbors from accessing their property for weeks, which almost led to the starvation of a herd of cows. I will no longer give him my business. He is not a nice person and comes across as greedy.

Had the strawberry shortcake with ice cream and it was very good and very reasonably priced. Had a very long line on a Saturday afternoon but moved quickly. Got some strawberries as well and my son loved them! Reserva una mesa ahora

Always delicious Strawberry desserts. Fresh local fruit/veggies and local syrups, salsas,etc. Wish it could be open all year.
