Recently at a Paris Chamber event this restaurant was in a taste cook off and that's where I met the owner. He won the evening but also advised me that he had a dedicated fryer for gluten free items. I was very excited as I have not had deep fried fish since my diagnosis for celiac disease 22 years ago. We not only purchased that but deep fried pickles. I called ahead the order but it was not ready as promised 20 minutes later. In fact it had not even been made. It was busy for a little shop so i was not upset. What a great place to eat!Atmosphere It is a take out restaurant with a great diner feeling. The ambiance is homely and kind. StaffGoo is not only the owner but works to cook the food to perfection.The staff are humorous, kind and friendly. Don't hesitate to ask what are the favourites at the restaurant.FoodOmg the food is the best take out I have had in years. The food is more burgers and fries but the quantity is generous.The burgers are juicy and delicious and go in to ask about the variety of poutines. This place is a hidden gem to be discovered.

The nearby high school keeps Goo's full every lunch hour, so plan to wait a bit if you hit it up when school's in. Great fresh cut "Brantford fries" served alone, in any of a dozen or more poutine varieties, or with your sandwich. Friendly characters behind the counter will assemble your order to your liking. Nothing fancy here, but the price is right, the portions are huge, and the food is fresh and hot. Take out or eat in (fast-food style seating).

Need Gluten free options, Goo has it covered, he has a separate fryer only for gluten free, in fact all the frys are cooked in this fryer. Love the concept of all the poutines and have had several different kinds my only plea is that you use better quality potatoes and wash them better! Taking a bite with dirt is not at all appetizing and it should never happen! I have also had it where the potato is not cooked enough so it is crunchy! Please investigate and make things better.

I just love a good Burger and probably eat at Goo's more often than I should! All the food I have had there had been absolutely amazing! The burgers and fries are fresh (not frozen) and are the best I have ever tasted. Without question, Goo's is my favorite Burger joint...ever!

If you're a fan of fried food, this is your place. Goo is a very creative chef and he'll be more than happy to modify his dishes to get you what you'll love. The place is fairly cheap but again, it's all fried.

Amazing onion rings and burgersThe poutine is disgusting thoughUsed mozzarella instead of cheese curds and the gravy was terrible.
