I wish I had taken pictures of our food at Goose Creek Diner Tuesday night. It looked as good as it tasted. I got the grilled pork chops, fried green tomatoes, kale greens and a side of Mac n cheese for my daughter. She's 3 and devoured the Mac n cheese. My pork chops were boneless, but juicy and with good flavor. The fried green tomatoes were crispy outside and were delicious with the sauce. My greens had good flavor as well. They were definitely cooked from raw greens. So good! My dad got beef liver and onions with mashed potatoes and green beans. He love it! His liver order would have normally turned my stomach, but it looked yummy and he said it was so good he couldn't leave any behind....
Was in the area hungry saw Goose Creek Diner. Great choice. This is a true mom pop diner. No frills in decor (although they are moving soon to a new space). Service was beyond excellent and food was wonderful. Comfort food at its best. The potato soup was the perfect balance of flavors even left a little kick of heat to the back of your mouth. A bowl was so filling though that I couldn't eat my chicken pot pie. It was a full meal for lunch the next day though! And only $11!!! It's so good I'll definitely be back.
Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Thier pasta dish was better than Olive Garden, the liver and onions were great, so was all the options that they offer plus the old fashioned deserts. My family and I will be coming back as long as they are open and will bring our friends and family.
Great restaurant for comfort food! The interior has dust on the walls, and is pretty, shabby. But the food is priced well and the portions are nice. This restaurant is moving to a new location off Lyndon lane. I hope they don't double their prices in order to pay rent!

Great food for the price. The fried chicken and grilled pork chops were so juicy and well seasoned. It has a small town diner feel in busy area. The staff are always super friendly. They may be busy a lot but the food is always delicious.
Three of us went for late lunch today. Timed it just right, no crowd. Between us we had meatloaf, salmon patties, and original hot brown. All tasted great. Our server was fantastic.
The food is always so good!! Best fried green tomatoes in town! Another fave is the country fried chicken. It's so super big so I always have leftovers.
So happy to have tried the (new) spot! Still amazing service (Stacy was perfect) and great food! We can’t wait to visit more in the “new era”

I've always enjoyed the Goose Creek diner. I will say it's hit or miss. A I would say nine out of 10 times it's going to be exactly perfect
The service was fast and efficient. Food was delicious and large quantity. Price point very reasonable. We had a group of 8.
