We have been traveling to Sylt since I have been a little girl and Gosch has been around for many years. However, over the past decade, our desire to eat there has declined. Most of the times it is very crowded and you will have...to fight for a place to sit or even stand to eat your food. If you are unlucky, you will get someone that doesn't care and will light a cigarette up (even though they are not supposed to, or it will blow over from the section where they can). The food is ok, in my opinion it is a little greasy and pricy. In conclusion: Grab a beer, skip the food (there is better food elsewhere), and enjoy the view with a drink. Unfortunately, our Christmas party at Gosch was a Fiasko. From the very first moment, the workforce was very unfriendly and undamaged. We had ordered a table at 20.00h and the kitchen was closed at 20.20h. Some of us have not been able to order food and if you still had the chance, the food has not come. The staff wanted to go out and we didn't care about it. After a small complaint, we were insulted and insulted. Mr Gosch was unfortunately not in the house, so we could not complain at the right address. We were really shocked and disappointed this evening and were all hungry It was incredible....
I really don't know, is Gosch the place to be? Reminded me of a fast food chain with its menu, modern interior and the self serve counters. If you sit outside you have to walk around the building as there is only one entry and...the counter reminds me of mensa food. Dishes were good, but were they really different from other eateries with their food offerings in Sylt and this even not considering the price. I think a lot of places in Sylt have a price tag for their name and not really for quality, this is one of them.
I would have rated this bar the service breakdown, which on a windy day in Sylt the restaurant deemed it plausible to turn the heating lamps off? Bearing in mind it was gusty temperature this seemed a little erratic...food was sublime and...the idea of food street stalls concept is great and the view of the Atlantic breakers inspiring!

Impossible service. Need to buy food and drinks at three different counters. Card payments only from at each counter. Even though we purchased for more than in total, it was not possible to pay the kids fries or the drinks as the...amount was below Food good though!
Good quality but totally overcrowded. Not a pleasant dining experience. Smoking is allowed in one section of the restaurant and the smoke wafts through to other areas. Best to visit when it is quieter.
Gosch at the Kliff it is an institution here directly at one of the nicest Beaches of Sylt in Wenningstedt Nice View Nice Meals a perfect stay on a nice sunny day.
Don’t worry about the crowds, inside it’s pretty full just takeout and enjoy! We even sat on a picknick blanket outside and had a blast

Don't understand why people come here. Totally overpriced, unfriendly and loud. You better eat at any train station.
