Unfortunately, the experience on gourmet 4 was not the best it could be. we went in and we are welcomed by a female employee who was pleasant enough and asked if we wanted to use the app or a menu. from this time on, a male employee was waiting for us and seemed to be more distant and lacking attention. in the delivery of means of life, the personal would go to our booth, then simply put every article on the table. it is quite strange to me that a waiter would not specify the product to ask who had ordered this particular product. then they put the product near them. the same person would also be asked about the stand and the members of our group leaning instead of going where the person who had ordered the food sat (after he was told, instead of asking who the product was.) we then ordered a deserted and some drinks that took 20 minutes to arrive for some inexplicable reasons (it was only our group of 4 and a table to 2 in the restaurant eating was decent size, tasted pretty good and good value. it might be an idea, but getting a training of the staff, or at least the supervisory over the manager, as I doubt that the service on the standard would be.
