unfortunately the service was really not good. we were sitting half an hour before empty glasses, it was looked over us. we would have liked to have taken another dessert or a digestiv, but since nobody took care of it, we left it. there were not many guests in the bistro, the two services have almost stopped in the kitchen or stay in the bistro with each other. Unfortunately, one had the impression that one was disturbing and that in such a first class hotel, is already very bitter.
as every time the bistro in the hotel city hamburg was again a highlight of our sylt holiday. we are looking forward to being there and being served with great ease and yet unattended. the foods are always excellent and all very stylish. the former ambiente we liked better than today; we could have saved ourselves the renovation, but that's a good taste. we will surely come back to our next Sylt stay.
