Before reading this, please note that this has nothing to do with the pub service for drinks etc. Today I was walking down shields road and an old man tripped coming out of the grace inn. I assisted the old man and started first aid/ringing an ambulance. We asked for some water for him, to which the lady said we dont sell it . And when I asked for the address/post code the lady said just tell them its shields road . Note that no staff members come out to help, didnt offer to ring an ambulance, didnt bring out their first aid kit (I had to use wipes from my bag), and didnt thank myself or the ambulance drivers.
