service! in 6/10 for lunch. unless they screamed their order over the room to a coworker who would not leave the bar basket! burgers took forever, were not cooked to order, and soggy. the waitress never checked us. we were the only people in the restaurant at this time. what did the personal do? a personal conversation about her employees from high school. that was more important. we were the only people crying loud! How hard is it to provide a halfway decent service on just one table? the management should look at the personal service, it explains why they were empty.
eating is okay, but do not expect the actual ingredients that come from it. I ordered a burger especially for the soße, who suspected that it would come on, but there were none. after the attempt, the barkeepers attentiveness gave up a few times. the service is terrible that I didn't get any refills until I was finished with my eating. the personal appears completely uninterested in its customers, including the manager.
G.J food quality has gone so downhill and is probably the reason for its business out of business. before the fries were freshly cut and cooked to order, they replaced them with fries, they can get a costco. veggie burger have the same believe and their once delicious appetizers suffered. the quality and taste of food do not justify the cost, I just have to say, R.I.P. gj.
I can not give this place a proper review as their hours of operation are stupid as hell. Advertises as a burger bar but operates off strip bar hours. They dont open before 3pm except from fri-sun. Guess I will be having lunch and enjoying the best burger in lake mary somewhere else because you cant be the best if your closed during lunch time.
