Le Grand Café - Reserva de mesa

Expected a little more after seeing so many positive reviews. To start with we ordered 3 local beers and about 10 minutes after ordering to waiters arrived with 1.5 beer saying that the keg was empty and thats all that is left. We could drink those (and pay for them) and order other drinks. In my opinion that is not how you handle that situation, they shouldn’t have brought the beers and gave us a choice ones they knew there wasn’t much left. They also forgot to take the non drank beer of the bill. I had a burger which was fine but nothing spectaculair. I think the traditional French dishes will be better so i recommend ordering those. We went to eat this afternoon in this superb restaurant. There were 6 of us, and we unanimously appreciated the terrace, the dishes and above all the service from an attentive and welcoming gentleman. We highly recommend this restaurant. without reservation we were placed in the sun, but the people who did not book after us had the luxury to choose places in the shade. In times of weakness, staff seems slightly exceeded by the number of places proposed not the establishment. However, we ate well!

Lamb mouse and absolutely delicious beef tartare, service rather fast despite the world. only small fries disappointment that are not at home.

beautiful landscapes in the old cholet city hotel excellent restaurant I recommend. very good quality price. Think about booking.
