Grand China Buffet

If it was 3 or 4 years ago id gave them 5 stars because at that time the food was usually very fresh and they kept stuffed, but we were there about a year and a half, food was not good, they were out of an oil for salad and a friend asked them if they would bring out more, ok then you could laugh him in the other room about it he told something not to bring out. That was the last time we were there, that was the last straw, you don't treat customers so and expect them to come back! If you want them to come back, you have FRESH food all the time and if you leave something out and another asks for it, you get it friendly. I see some bad and good reviews since I loved it when it opened I give 4 starts but I fear to go back, I don't want the same experience I had 1 1/2 years ago we often went 4 times a month and always leave beautiful tips. Very nice people who put us at a table and checked on us as well as at the front door just need food to be fresh or close every day. Also asked if they still serve crab legs? The Bridgeport is always fresh and super clean, but have not seen long crab legs.

It's a Chinese buffet so it's predictable. But it is great and more of the food offered is not Chinese. I like to order from the grill because it is hot and not from sitting under heating lamps. I wish they would offer more Chinese dishes than the 5-6. Bourbon, pineapple, orange, General Tso chicken, beef and paprika become boring. Prices are reasonable. My big complaint is waiting staff. If they present you with the invoice, they expect the payment directly then. Even if you speak, they will always return to the table and remind you that your bill must be paid. Someone has to explain American eating habits to them.

My recent experience here was great! The steam table shells were kept full and fresh and hot. They had a very large selection of chicken. They had several types of fish. There were fresh shrimps and a variety of cooked shrimps. The fried foods were crispy and delicious. The salad bar had a good selection of vegetables and spices. Everything was fresh and crispy. The steam table areas were kept clean. The service was great. The toilets were also well maintained. I'll do this one of my stops when I'm in the area. I give them a big thumb!

Beautiful atmosphere, good service, nice selection of dishes. Besides, they have a few American decisions for food incase someone in your party dossier like chineese.
