We benefited from an exceptional offer for an unbeatable price. The welcome, the smiles, the availability are matched only by kindness and friendliness. We occupied a spacious room with a large bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable. On the other hand, at the Alezain restaurant where we have the gourmet dinner: soup, poultry supreme, pasta, dessert, very good and plentiful, the service was excellent Soup served with the aperitif etc... Arrivals at 7 p.m....exits at 8 p.m. . Too bad but ultimately a very good stay in Niederbronn-les-Bains
The services are not at all up to the standard of a 4 star: the window of the room, number 004, faces a wall, the curtains in the bathroom have large moldy stains, breakfast does not arrive not even close to a budget Ibis because the pastries are stale, what is supposed to be hot is barely lukewarm. The icing on the cake is that you have to clear it yourself, because no tables were there when we arrived at 9:15 a.m. A bit of a Stalinist hotel feel. Rooms: 1
Large hotel in the center of the town with extensive parking. We booked this purely for an overnight stay. We were on time but still deep into the Covid period, so what we had to do was take a walk through the small town. And in the evening you can enjoy dinner within walking distance of the hotel at the pizzaria. Rooms: Clean room. Normal beds and normal shower. Rooms: 3

The bedding on the extra bed for the third person in our suite was terrible! Suite chosen for three people and products and towels provided for 2 people. We had to ask for the third. Not very qualitative for a 4* hotel.
Needs a major refresh and modernity. Aging hotel which is not worth its 4 stars probably awarded for more than 20 years. Today, 2 stars would be more appropriate. Disappointing. Damage ! Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2
