This hotel has great potential and sadly it falls at each level. The standard of rooms are below average for the price. No attention to detail and no quality furniture just cheap and simple not reflecting the price they charge. I feel like I’m in a cheap quick roadside hotel not one that is supposed to be an experience. The location is not ideal there is nothing close by so you are isolated and forced to use their services which are also limited and overpriced with small portions. Very nice 4 star hotel on the hill, with the beautiful view in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The hotel offer very nice indoor and outdoor pool, saunas and spa area and other facilities. The rooms and hotel is very clean, the personal very nice and helpful. The single think that I will improve it is the breakfast menu, I think they could do better . I think one of the best option for your next stay in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
