Ok I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Service is great. Food is great but way way overpriced appetizers. Just ridiculous. Inflation may be partly to blame but come on guys. $60 for a Buffalo chop ? $30 for gnocchi? Gotta do something with that back room and your acoustics. Paying $350 for 4 people at dinner and having a room that looks tired and is so incredibly hard to hear anyone renovate it please! Years of this and patrons deserve to e joy their evening better. If I’m paying $20+ for an appetizer and can’t even speak to person across table it’s just not worth it.
Italian classics at a premium price. Not to be too unforgiving, the food deserves 5-stars. But, the chipped and dirty plate I was served the egg plant Parmesan in, the portion size of the fettuccini Alfredo, which was $23 on its and an extra $9 forchicken, prevent me giving it any more stars. The limoncello cake was beautiful. The environment is warm and waiting staff isattentive though our waiter wasn’t the most involved. Again, great food but a tad expensive.
Gratzzi never disappoints! The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The Osso Buco was incredible, and my wife had the lamb special, which was massive! We adore the atmosphere, the bar, and the friendly people here. We’ll definitely be returning for years to come!
We called ahead to let them know we were running about 20 min late. We were seated immediately on arrival. Very busy, theater night, but service was attentive, and food and drinks were as ordered, very well done. Will likely be back for an encore meal!

My cousins took me to this restaurant, and I wish I could visit it all the time because I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, and especially the service.
Family gathering. Such a fun experience with the Bada bing presentation tableside. Service was perfect
