At first, we were marveled by the ambiance: simple but chic, bright and cozy. the kitchen is not hidden behind a wall, but open behind a large glass window so you can actually see what's cooking inside.Every step of the meal is innovative: from the hand-towel given to you to clean your hands at sitting, through the welcome infusion cocktail of a marvelous turquoise colour, to the final misty farewell meringue.We didn't have an appetizer, although they seemed delicious, but rather the main course, which was delicious. not too large as in common restaurants, nor too small as in exaggerated Michelin-style want-to-be's. It was just right.The flavours were fantastic.A truly new cuisine innovating experience!

Went to diner with a long time friend and really didn't know any of the new restaurants in Manizales.We decided to give it a try and boy were we in luck. The food was excellent, service superb. However the wine selection was a little strange because they offered by the glass of half bottles and then when we ordered they weren't actually doing that. This is rather minor in comparison to our evening. The decor is breathtaking you can tell the detail

We visited the restaurant with friends and the food is amazing, really innovative and a fun experience. Unfortunately we went back and the restaurant was open, but the staff said it was closed, they were sitting at the entrance having quite the big share of beers right outside the main door. Really bad example of the reataurant, a shame.

Mi prometido y yo quedamos muy impresionados con este restaurante. El ambiente es genial y romántico. La comida está elaborada por un chef con obviamente un gran talento. Pedimos el pulpo como aperitivo que superó nuestras expectativas. De platos principales, Salmón y Bife, todo gratificante.
