I've been to Greaser dozens of times over the past few years and I really love this place. The first couple times I was intoxicated by the combination of wonderful food, good drinks, great music and nostalgia for the underground bar scene in New York this place just felt like home and I rated them a 5.<br/ <br/ Some of the best burgers and the second best fries I've eaten in Brisbane were served up at Greaser, but occasionally I'd experience a sub par meal. Quite a few of us headed for dinner drinks to celebrate a work colleagues birthday.<br/ I had a great time.<br/ The venue itself is the definite highlight. It 's a hidden labyrinth, seemingly in a loading dock. I really like the adventure of finding it, the slight feeling of unease you get when you 're not sure if you 're in the right place. So, met up with a few reviewers tonight for a nice dinner....ok we had burgers.....ok so we may have entered a burger eating competition<br/ <br/ Now when you hear the words 'burger eating competition ' you automatically think MASSIVE PORTIONS, but unfortunately it wasnt like that, the burger was really small but actually really tasty, the patties weren 't dry, beautiful amount of cheese but needed more chilli, didn 't find it till I reached the bottom of the burger. Not a fan of the chips, they weren 't cooked properly but the funny thing is had plenty of time to make a fresh batch before serving our meal. Love the location of this place, truly underground and American- would I go back, yes...

The menu features classic All American dishes such as cheeseburgers, buttermilk fried chicken, chicken burgers, Mac and cheese burgers, and loaded hot dogs. The standout dish is the fried chicken, which is greasy, tasty, hot, and satisfying. The staff at Greaser are welcoming and friendly, from the security outside to the chefs in the kitchen to the wait and bar staff. Greaser is hidden away in the depths of the Valley, but once you find it, you'll love it. Well, if you're into the more darker, grungier, American rock scene. The music is loud, and it's not the place to take someone on a first date. But the burgers are sensational. Top 3 in Brisbane I'd say. They are classic, no gourmet fanciness. Just good burgers made properly. Chips are also awesome, and the fried chicken (if covered in sauce) is good.

I got invited to Greaser Bar! It's been on my list of go to places because it was one of the very few place in Brisbane that was open after 10pm at night! A*., Mr A., Manda and I found a list of places to go to our after late shifts at work but they are woefully few and far between. That is unless you count Korean places and sometimes you just want a bit break from all that Korean food!

Located through a secret alleyway... definitely feels like going back in time to the beer prohibition in the states. This place has an incredible atmosphere, with great beer selection and incredible food (we all thought the cheeseburgers were fantastic). The night we were there they brought out an 11 piece Jazz Band at 11pm ... highly recommended!

If you haven't been to Greaser's, you're missing out. Their burgers are amazing, especially the cheeseburger. I had no complaints and can't wait to go back for more. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual hangout or a romantic date. Definitely worth a visit if you want to impress someone. Reserva una mesa ahora

Hidden location, cool ambiance (with a dimly lit underground alleyway vibe), and the burgers and fries may not be fancy, but they are executed perfectly. The beer selection is impressive.

A hidden bar in fortitude valley that's known for its burgers as much as it's known for its drinks. The burger special was oh so good although maybe candied bacon instead of fried?
