Great American Bagel Inc

This was a 50/50 experience. I got three things, and only one was decent. I asked for the bagel to be extra toasted, and it didn’t seem like it was toasted at all. I got an iced coffee which was made with hot water and instant coffee, and then the employee walked around the counter to put ice in it from the fountain machine. The employees were also not wearing masks even though there was a sign on the door saying masks were required. I usually enjoy American Bagel, but this location does not hold up to the brand.

the cinnamon crunch bagels were my favorite bagels from everywhere. but the last several times, I have noticed that they do not actually have the zimt knirschen up as they have in the rule, instead there are only simple sugar up. from this reason I started to go back to panera to get my cinnamon crunch bagels as they actually the crispy topping up. I could try again to see if they go back to make them as they did earlier. if yes, I will update my review.

I love this place. One of my coworkers told me about the great American bagel and I’m obsessed with there Veggie supreme. Being a vegetarian I love how they have options. I get this place almost 3x a week lol highly recommend! Staff is extremely kind and welcoming as well!
