Great Marsh good beer. Good food. Great space! We were vacationing on Cape Ann and happened by Great Marsh brewery. They have a variety of beers in many different styles, so it is likely there is something for everyone. Of the beers we tried, their session ipa is a great one, Cisco and mosaic hops make it a clean, crisp, citrusy drink heat for the summer or any season for that matter. The tap room and restaurant are purpose built into and around the brewery. Walking in you you can see the operation at work, hear the canning of a new batch, and take in the warm smells of yeast and malt a feast for all the senses. The brewery itself is huge, with gorgeous views of the marsh on either side. The four beers I had in my flight were all excellent. I will be back. Note to breweries in general, including this one: when you sell cans to go, you really should allow your customers to buy mix-packs. You will get more per can, and we will get what we want.

We were here on 8/23/22 and spoke to a waitress/bartender. Her friend was also there having a beer and they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The beer was good. They have mostly German beers. Recently they made food available too but we didn?t eat there. Would go again.

Menu says the beer is served in pints. The glass looked like a 10 oz tulip. Don’t trust the menu. It was explained that the beer I chose could not be served as a pint. I don’t care, but advertise the reality. The only reason it was not one star was because the view was nice.

Great service (with good humor! even during busy shifts. Love the variety of beers on tap, and the different places to sit and enjoy!
