I have had numerous meals at the Greaves Park and it is always great food and lovely service. This evening my step dad realised he had lost his gold chain. We retraced his steps and I called the greaves park to see if it had possibly been found there as he had been for a meal earlier. To our amazement a lovely waitress called Lucey had found it and Damian kept it safe for us to collect. We were so grateful that they kept it safe and were careful to ensure it was returned to the rightful owner as it has huge sentimental value. Thank you so much!!!
We were attended to by Jess who provided excellent service. I have come to realize that you can find good food in many places, but excellent service is not always guaranteed. The reason we continue to return to Greaves Park is not only because the food is tasty, but also because the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and we are never rushed, just like today. Thank you, Jess, for ensuring our meal was enjoyable.
Greaves Park is the best spot in Lancaster for enjoying evening drinks. The location is peaceful and beautiful, the building is elegant, and the service is friendly and attentive. Damian deserves a special mention for his outstanding hospitality - he was welcoming, friendly, and seemed to be managing the entire place on his own. Bravo!
Beautiful venue, excellent food and a wonderful array of drinks. Staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. Special mentions go to Kirsty for her outstanding attention to detail; customer service at its very best. Highly recommended. 10/10

Service very slow over an hour from ordering till food came. Food ok nothing exciting I picked from the specials my dining friends from standard menu there food was nicer and more plentiful. Didn’t appear to be particularly busy.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic with a diverse menu. Damian and Holly provided excellent service and were very attentive. The prices are reasonable and even our dog had a great time. We highly recommend this place.
Really great service from Courtney. Brilliant that there's now outdoor service. We have been regulars for a while but it's particularly good at the moment. Thanks for making it a friendly experience Courtney
