Ordered online, because couldn’t get through by phone. Online said pick up would be ready in 32 minutes. Got there a few minutes before the order was to be ready, expected to wait a few minutes. Instead waited an additional 45 minutes kept telling me my order would be ready shortly. Several people in the kitchen but no organization at all. 1 guy kept looking at pizzas then put them back on the rack they put them on after they came out of the oven. This branch needs some structure no one seem to know what they were to be doing. Needs to have a schedule which each person has a specific plan for that shift. I dined in at this restaurant and waited for an hour with nothing showing up at our table. When I asked an employee if our order had been put in, they said yes, but it turned out they had lied. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes only to find out that the pizza we had ordered hadn't even been made yet. We waited a total of an hour and 30 minutes just for a glass of water. The place was also in need of cleaning, with dead flies on the tables and windows. The service was terrible. I usually don't leave reviews, but more people need to be aware of the lack of service at this establishment. My rating would be 1 out of 5 for Service, Food, and Atmosphere.
This Greeks location has unfortunately been on a steady decline since it opened, from my understanding talking to other Greeks owners is that this location has no oversight at all from the ownership. This last time I went in, the person making the food was wearing a shirt that exposed so much belly (which was then covered in flour) it was repulsive. I won't be back. The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. We ordered takeout for lunch and it was a great choice. The breadsticks are awesome! The pizza is flavorful and full of ingredients. I had the Deluxe Pasta this visit and was impressed. Lots of meat and a tasty marinara sauce. My wife had the Chicken Ceasar salad and it was very filling with a nice flavored Caesar dressing.
