Great dining experience. I loved my Garden of Eden salad with Green Cuisine House dressing. The dressing was excellent, and the salad was well-filled. There were many good options for salads. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and the presentation was excellent. You get what you pay for in the salads. 10/10 The clam chowder was good, 8/10. Nice sizable chunks of clam. Was a bit pricy for its size. The Healthy Bagel was also pretty good. It was rather expensive though. The cream cheese mixture with honey was the best part. I'm leaving this review because all I received was an apology and some explanations; I didn't get to eat my meal at all. No one offered to comp my meal or even give a discount. The restaurant was busy, and I suspect if we had made more of a scene, the response might have been different. One person at our table didn't eat, and the rest of us felt too uneasy to finish our food. I believe several mistakes were made: not checking the food before serving, dismissing the customer's concern, and failing to take accountability or address our dissatisfaction. The total bill was $80, which is quite disappointing considering the food was organic… with roaches. What a shame.
