However, my experience was severely tarnished by an unfortunate incident involving the restaurant manager, a lady in her fifties with black and gray hair tied back. When another customer took my table, I politely informed the manager that I had been seated first and that such incidents should not occur in an establishment of this caliber. Drunk Shakespeare was wonderful... butI came here and they took my credit card and never gave it back. The next day I called for it and they wouldn't pick up the phone. Then I came inperson for it and they charged me an an additional $22 on my receipt!! I order 2 beers and they said that was a tip. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Food is disgusting. They gave us wrong menu after finally making food selections only then they tell us that they don’t serve that after 12. Then they have no coffee. Server asked to use vending machine. We ask cups for it because it looks like u need one for it to dispense. Server told us to get it from the other server. The other server tells us it is auto dispense. Finally after payment. Congratulations The machine is out of cups. The definition of flat bread here is opposite lol. Anyways i wish i walked put of convenience to eat better.
I had brunch at this restaurant. To be honest, there are better options out there. The Berry French Toast consisted of two thick slices of lukewarm fried bread with some drizzled jam on top. The coffee tasted watered down and the bacon did not seem freshly cooked. The orange juice was just average. I believe any IHOP would have been a better choice. On the bright side, the terrace was not crowded or loud.

Zypher provided exceptional service to a group of Australian women enjoying drinks on the rooftop following a show at Moulin Rouge. His cheerful demeanor added to their overall enjoyment of the evening.
I don’t normally eat Brussels, but the Brussels here are phenomenal! Everything was top tier. Definitely get a margarita while you’re there! Amazing wait staff, super efficient and friendly.
We had a great experience. Incredibly friendly staff, food and drinks were delicious. It was a perfect place to start out our night!
: This restaurant is a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is cute. I wish they allowed smoking on the rooftop.
