I love the green fork on the south shore and was so excited when we got one in Covington. I called today to place a to go order. My first request was for a pesto Caesar salad and add chicken. The gentleman on the phone said he can do a Caesar salad with chicken and add pesto I said fine then he said no I 'm out of it and I said OK and he said I can do a pesto Caesar and add chicken and I said that would be great then he said he couldn 't do that either. I placed my order and he hung up on me without even getting a name. The restaurant is not completely celiac-safe or gluten-free. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and fortunately, I check everything before I eat because I found wheat croutons in the salad, which was labeled gluten-free. I think many people confuse celiac disease with simply following a gluten-free diet. For some, dietary choices are a preference, but for those of us with celiac disease, it's not a choice—it's a necessity.
I encountered an extremely rude employee during my visit today. It seemed like he might have needed a nap or maybe even a vacation. Regardless, it’s clear that he shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. This was our first and will definitely be our last time at this restaurant.
Excellent selection of drinks. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu to help us decide on what we would like and what would help our dietary needs.

I love there smoothies! I wish they were closer to my house… I would probably be there everyday. There berry granola bars are the best!
A great place to come to for healthier eating. Naturally it cost a little more, but being healthy is worth it. Come try this place.
The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is both delicious and healthy, and the lady working there is incredibly kind!
