The restaurant itself had an unusual setup, located in a converted building with a semi-open ambiance. We could hear pedestrians chatting and loud conversations from a nearby meeting hall, which added a unique backdrop to our dining experience. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and generally calm. Our only complaint was the long wait to be seated. Even though there were plenty of open tables, it took some time for the hostess to acknowledge us and show us to our seats. I appreciated the courteous staff when I requested a replacement for the tres queso sauce. Unfortunately, the rice was dry and lacking in flavor, and while the chips were warmed, they tasted a bit stale. On the positive side, the shredded chicken was tender, and the fajita vegetables were well-cooked, offering a pleasant softness and a nice grilled taste. Overall, I would rate my experience at 3.8 stars.

This food is AMAZING! If you are looking for the best Mexican restaurant in St George.. this is it! I have tried them all and it is by far the best! Our waitress Lucy was so helpful and nice.. manager Ricardo was so friendly and cared to make us happy. Great service.. delicious food.. doesn't get better then that!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The food is enjoyable, but it could use a bit more flavor. I ordered three tacos: the Ada and the Carnitas. They come with rice, beans, a grilled onion, and a grilled jalapeño, along with a verde salsa. Reserva una mesa ahora

I dined there recently and the food was amazing! I ordered the sweet pork chimichanga with white sauce, and it was out of this world. The atmosphere was really nice, and the music level was just right—not too loud at all. I will definitely be returning!

This place is awesome! Loved the food. The Head Chef is amazing. He is he reason Casa Dona Maria used to be so good and now he is at the Green Iguana. I try a different entree every time I go I've never been disappointed!

No complaints, service was good, food was amazing. From the chicken enchilada, sweet pork burrito, sweet pork chimichanga, Orleans tilapia, to the tres Tacos. Our meals were amazing. Will return!
