"I had dinner on July 21, 2010, and it was a typical experience, but the service was disappointing. Our server, who had a ponytail and a larger build, first asked me how old I was—I'm 65—and then questioned if I was going to pay full price. Is that how you treat a regular customer? The service was very slow, and she spent a lot of time chatting with her coworkers instead of attending to us. I also noticed her mistreating the bus staff. Please consider replacing her. Thank you from a loyal customer."
