The owners are fantastic, and at least one of them is usually present, if not both. Personally, I've enjoyed everything I've tried. The portions are generous, often leading me to take home leftovers. Prices are on par with those found in larger, more progressive cities, and you can find numerous dinner options under $10 (served with rice or soup). I started with the Thai Iced Coffee, and I must admit, I'd take it over Starbucks any day of the week. It's rich, sweet, and absolutely delightful—more like a dessert than a drink, and you'll find it hard to stop at just one! For my appetizer, I chose the Angel Wings, which were perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and wonderfully crispy. The service was decent since the restaurant wasn't busy. As parents, we had our toddler with us, who kept us occupied. I ordered the tom yum soup, and my husband really enjoyed the flavors. I typically get the spicy eggplant, and while it was alright, it didn't stand out compared to others I've had. The yellow curry was passable too, although the carrots weren't fully cooked, but that's just my perspective. I wouldn’t mind returning if I’m in the mood for Thai food, but I wouldn’t go specifically for the spicy eggplant. It was also a bit pricier than what you usually find at Thai restaurants.
This place was clean and quiet. You took our order pretty fast. The food was delicious! We tried her Cantaloupe water and it was so refreshing. To finish it, there was this older lady who felt so welcome and was so sweet. Remembered my grandmother! If this place were closer to home, I would definitely make it my place for Thai food.
The best Thai food in Southern California! The fried rice is absolutely amazing! I really appreciate the variety of chili options they offer, including chili paste, chili oil, chili flakes, and more! The Thai tea with boba is delicious—it's a bit on the sweeter side, but still really enjoyable.
