This restaurant appears to engage in greenwashing. You would expect them to focus on reducing waste by using glass or ceramic dishes, but they don’t. During my visit, the internet was down, which can happen, but it contributed to a less-than-great experience. I did enjoy a wrapped food bar I tried, and the staff was decent, but overall, it wasn’t a positive experience for me. I'm not a fan of places that rely on and insist on using single-use "glass" items. After I paid and received my order, I left as quickly as I could.
The smoothies were more like sugary mixtures than actual fruit. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was overly sweet. I asked for a refund, but the barista offered me some cookies instead. They were delicious, so I can't really complain. The treats were great, and the barista was very polite (plus, she was playing Motörhead, which deserves another star!). Just steer clear of those smoothies.
I anticipated a long day of driving on the highways, so I was in search of good coffee and a pastry to kick things off. The barista was cheerful and promptly answered my questions. The banana chip muffin was delicious and moist. I savored the macchiato throughout my drive. I highly recommend this spot for coffee and pastries, and I’ll definitely return the next time I'm in the area!
i came on a tuesday and the woman working (i think the baker? said the barista had to run out, which made it a weird encounter because it seemed like she didn’t know how to make the drinks. and this has happened to me before here. why this keeps happening i’m not sure, but the drink was good even tho we were both put in weird positions and didn’t know what was going on! lol

LOVE it here. My partner and I come every Saturday morning and the barista is always so sweet. She memorizes our order which makes us feel special! Coffee is always fresh and the scones are the best around.. The cutest coffee shop in Manasquan!
I have been coming to Green Planet in Manasquan for over six years. The store has lately been reorganized and is looking quite good. Angela is cheerful and makes the visit welcoming. I look forward to coffee and a scone with friendly hello.
Been coming to Green Planet for years! I have to say since I have been coming here the service and cleanliness of the store has never been better. Angela has really made a difference. She takes pride in her work and it shows!
I ran over to this coffee shop before one of my meetings started. The atmosphere was awesome! The woman behind the counter was very nice. And the coffee was perfect! Not too strong and not weak.

Love green planet coffee. I've been going to the one in point for years and finally made a stop into their Manasquan location. Just as cozy with the same delicious coffee. Love my green.
Great shop on Main Street! The barista was especially kind on a very cold and hectic Christmas Eve Day. Highly recommend this cafe!
