a wonderful place that is guided from people into the deep, making food that is simply delicious, and soou unique. forget all these fake American Asian kitchen places. they also serve some more North American things, like sandwiches. here there are definately tools for vegans, but be sure to ask how this is also a ovo-lacto restaurant (but the owners are buddist vegetarians, and understand the fight of those who want to know what actually in what they eat.) the owner was very helpful when I asked them to point out what the baked goods were vegan. oh, and get that, there is no extra fee for soy drinks! joy, the ones we laughed drinkers who pay extra all the time. my favorites here soup and a...

I recommend this place to everyone. There are so many things to love about this locally owned and operated 'spot '! The owners are really in the business for the love of what they do, and that shows in the quality and uniqueness of their food! Cinnamon buns are the best, just simply the best I have had in my life. The coffee options are endlessly delisicous! The green tea smoothy is crazy addicting! Pasta salad, best one out there! Quiche, of all varieties, amazing! But my favorite, hands down, is they dumplings. Hot, cold, with sauce, without, it really doesn 't matter because they are so tasty either way. Keep up the great work Green Spot!!

I had her curry soup, veggie-stuffed sticky bungalow and a tee. Although the menu points were not vegan marked, the employees were helpful to find out which items were vegan. I really enjoyed the aromes they used and the meal was very satisfying. eating was nice and hot and had a lot of color. they had many other vegan options, such as pasta salads. Although they had a lot of desserts, I wish they had more vegan baked goods in the future as they had only datum places when I went. Although there were a few smaller ones (see below,) my experience still fulfills my expectations and I wish green spot cafe much success.

Cinnamon buns. I've been a fan of this place since it opened years ago. Sunny makes the BEST spicy onion soup and I also love the paninis, pasta salad, quiche, and their selection of lattes. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, she makes some of the greatest cinnamon buns you'll ever have! But, be sure to get there early because they go quick. Plenty of selections. Drip coffee was ok but not great, little on the weak side. Not sure about espresso based drinks. Would be nice to have something a little more 'breakfast ' oriented in the egg department. Nothing at all there, just baking.

Best buns in town!!. Had a tray of cinnamon buns brought into the office the other day. They were absolutely delicious. Didn't need any extra butter or anything. Perfect the way it came.

low key coffee shop / dining room. large quiches and veggie lasagna (mostly spinat.) would go back because of the small options in regina but lacked more choice and atmosphere.

Can't get enough.. They have the best London Fogs and cinnamon buns ever. I go there way too often. It's the best!
