Unfortunately we did not get a very warm welcome from what I assume was the manager today, Firstly an unfriendly approach about where to put the pushchair. Two small children, one ordered a Tiffin cake which was not labelled correctly as it has raspberry’s in, a dislike for this little girl and when my niece tried to explain the Manager came out and stated they always have fruit in but why not state what fruit. It was said again in a very unfriendly manner. I did approach the manager in the kitchen to express my unhappiness about the way we had been spoken to. I won’t be going back disappointed!
We’re staying in the cotswolds and this little cafe was recommended to us by some friends. What a find! They were busy, but we were swiftly greeted and taken to a table (we chose to sit outside. in a peaceful courtyard like outside area). Such a varied menu wow, so much to offer! The kind waitress helped me decide, and recommended the smashed avocado on sourdough bread which was so fresh, tasty and i ate every last bit. All staff were so pleasant and friendly with a smile on their faces. so welcoming, which really made our experience. We ordered and received our food promptly.
The staff team at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, the cakes are fantastic, and the outdoor seating area is lovely. We came here because it was the only cafe in the area that stayed open later, until five. It is always frustrating when cafes close at 3 or 3:30, especially when you want to relax with some coffee and cake at the end of a busy afternoon. The Greenhouse Café stands out by staying open late in the afternoon, which clearly attracts a lot of customers. Well done to them for meeting this need.
Cutest little cafe for midweek lunch. The menu had a fabulous selection. We went for ploughman's and rarebit, tea and milkshake and were really impressed with the quality. Very tasty. Bought some cakes to go for after. Staff we really friendly and smiley. Lovely setting.

We had an afternoon tea for a colleagues leaving do. The sandwiches were very dry and very poor selection of fillings. The selection was nothing like the pictures it shows. Service was ok but very expensive for the quality.
Our dinner at The Greenhouse this evening was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to our waiter Jack who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend it.
Fabulous lunch Loved it ,staff are great ,attentive ,manager too ,great lunch ,manager was having to deal with a very difficult lady ,,but all deLt with well ,we will be returning,again and again
I had a wonderful lunch with my family at this restaurant. The food and service were excellent, and we enjoyed dining in the sunshine. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

The food here never disappoints. Always very tasty and beautifully presented by an excellent and friendly team. Excellent value too.
