Die Rindswurst von Gref Völsing kenne ich über 30 Jahre und es war immer die leckerste von allen…. Zuletzt war ich nicht mehr so häufig in der Hanauerlandstrasse zum Wurst essen, da ich mich insgesamt auch etwas bewusster und reduzierter ernähre. Gestern habe ich nach einiger Zeit mal wieder das Ladengeschäft in der Hanauer Landstraße besucht, um Rindswurst zu essen. Zuerst war ich wirklich schockiert, wie sich das Preisniveau in kurzer Zeit entwickelt hat….. unglaublich die Inflation in diesem Geschäft . Fast 5,00€ für 2 eingeschweißte kleine Rindswürste….. Gref Völsings is just like the Gralsburg der Rindswurst and the Gref Völsings (Rindswürste) are the Frankfurter Rindswurst standard, on which all other cow sausages have to be measured (unnecessarily mentioning that in Frankfurt there are typically no Frankfurt sausages that think at most foreigners). The visit to Gref Völsings is therefore a must for Frankfurter and after all a nice gimmick for Muggles. Gute Produktauswahl und Qualität, grundsätzlich ordentlicher Mittagstisch und schnelle Bedienung. Allerdings ist das Preisnvieau m.E. mittlerweile teilweise zu hoch im Verhältnis zu dem, was man bekommt. Hatte bspw. kürzlich einen kleinen Nudelsalat für 3,50€ zum Mitnehmen dazu bestellt, der von der Portionsgröße trotz kürzlicher Preiserhöhung wirklich zu Wünschen übrig ließ. Nach 4 5 Gabeln war dieser verputzt, wahrhaft ein schlechter Scherz. Zumindest der Mittagstisch ist demnach nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen und somit leider insgesamt nicht mehr als 3 Sterne. Die Rindswurst ist echt klasse, geht kaum besser. Den Nudelsalat fand ich solala, nix besonderes aber dennoch besser als jeder industrieller Salat. Da fehlte mir der gewisse BUMS im Geschmack, das etwas besondere. Die Krakauer ist auch unbedingt zu empfehlen, hat gut feuer! Die Verkäuferinnen waren wirklich sehr nett und auf Zack. Man sieht schon förmlich die Tradition dieser Metzgerei ;

This butchery with snacks in Ffm Ostend is cult. I like the pure beef sausage, only with mustard medium and black bread. The unique feature of this snack is that they can make the beef sausages consist of one hundred percent beef. This makes her taste, but very good. Man muss kein eingeborener Frankfurter sein aber es hilft : , um die leckere Rindswurst vom Gref Völsing immer wieder, auch noch nach Jahrzehnten, zu mögen. Ohne Pelle ein absoluter Genuss, da kommt kein anderer Produzent geschmacklich auch nur in Rufweite. Weiter so! Reserva una mesa ahora

Es ist immer wieder ein Highlight die gute Wurst dort heiß zu essen ! Ein muss , wenn man in der Hanauer Landstraße unterwegs ist dort zu halten und zu schlemmen ! Familien Betrieb , und sehr freundlich geführt!
