Grey Fox Grille Public House

This restaurant is in a historic building. So the rooms have high ceilings but they are not spacious. I felt like there were too many people per room. The 6 foot rule was challenged. The employees were masks, however I have found that other places in Dover does a better job to keep everyone safe. As to the food, I really enjoyed my burger and salad. I had the spicy fox, the bun was right for the burger and held together. I recommend it. The salad was just the right size and the dressing was served on the side. The server, Rachel, was polite. Passing through and found this great restaurant. Shrimp appetizer was delicious as a starter. Hubby had the steak salad which he really enjoyed and I had the turkey burger yum!! Great service and cozy atmosphere! No menu available online because they update it often to keep things interesting. Hopefully we’ll be passing through again soon! Thanks for a great dinner!

A great venue for good food, group gatherings, special dinners, lunches or general everyday meals. Great service whether a large group or intimant meal. Affordable and awesome food. Well appointed atmosphere and table settings. All this makes the Grey Fox our favorite place to go.

This was our first time! We did the Fordom Flight for $4.00 and had a blast! The scotch eggs were delicious! And the creme brûlée with Baileys Irish oh my to die for! The crab cake was real crab! Will totally go back!

Good menu, affordable good food well prepared and served, and good craft beer. Comfortable bar, good crowd, and friendly, competent staff. One of the best places to eat and/or drink in downtown Dover.

Absolutely amazing food and an incredible atmosphere. Wish we lived closer we stumbled upon this place during a quick visit to DE. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Went there for lunch. Their Chicken Salad was the best I have ever had. Reasonable prices and great service. Will be back and recommend to others.

Great restaurant following all the local rules for Covid. Food was great. If you’re in the Dover area you should really try them .
