Don 't expect too much from a turo-turo (Filipino fast food) inside Seafood City. I came here on an early Saturday evening to buy some ulam (entrees) to go. The ambiance is a typical food court stand with steam trays of various Filipino entrees. I 'm giving an additional star for the food because I like their tender sweet chicken barbecue on a stick. I usually get their 4+1 barbecue deal when I crave for it. Their ulam is usually between a hit or miss. I don 't recommend their pancit (especially palabok) because it 's usually dry or over stirred. However, I do like their grilled seafood (tilapia, squid, pompano) because their seafood is grilled and marinated with diced tomatoes and onions. I...

I visit Grill City every week to buy food for my mom since she likes their laing. I usually buy a meal that comes with a side. I understand if your side is a meat item, there is an upcharge of $1. If you don 't know, the person helping you will let you know. Today, I noticed a charge for another $1. I asked the cashier why is there another $1 charge. She rudely states it 's a dollar more because the pompano was big . Nowhere does it say you will get charged more if the cashier believes the item is big . Not on their board or any other signage. All the fish from the serving area were of the same size. Person helping me did not say, hey this fish is big , we will charge you an extra $1. There...

The food was amazing and delicious. They had filipino cuisine and street cart food. They even had Halo Halo ice cream but limited, waited too long for it so I gave up. But I tried their food on the grill. BbQ chicken on the stick was fire. Their Adobe chicken was fired and longuanisi was delicious. Now the fried food like the pork chops, fried shrimp, fried lumpia and fried pork ? was to die for. I mean the flavors were out of this world. It was too good that I couldn't stop myself. I really wanted to try the dessert but only one worker ND she was really not trying to move. I waited 20mins and couldn't wait no more. But I definitely will be returning because I want to try the street car food...

I ordered a half tray of Dinakdakan and Pancit Palabok for pickup the next day. However, when my dad arrived to collect it, they informed him that they had forgotten to prepare the order and made him wait for nearly half an hour while they hurriedly put together the Palabok. Unfortunately, the dish turned out poorly, with a watery consistency that resembled noodle soup. I was quite disappointed, especially since my son enjoys Palabok. To make matters worse, the food went bad just two hours later, developing a sour smell and small bubbles in the sauce. We ended up having to throw the entire tray away, which felt like a complete waste. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant should consider hiring staff who are committed to working efficiently. The cashiers are quite slow and appear uninterested in upselling, leading to lengthy wait times for customers. Furthermore, when individuals attempt to cut in line, the employees responsible for managing the queue seem to overlook the problem, instead choosing to clean tables that aren't even in use. This misallocation of staff is disappointing, and I believe the restaurant should not receive public support or any incentives given their inadequate level of service.

I ordered the small veggie sisig, referred to as "VIGGIE SISIG." They charged me an additional $2 on top of the base price of $5.99, plus tax. The portion size was very small, and I'm confused about what the extra $2 is for. Paying nearly $8.48 for such a small serving doesn't add up. I'd really like to know what that $2 charge is for.

The food at the grill is decent and tastes even better, especially if you're Filipino. The grocery section is also good, offering a variety of Filipino items. Food rating: 4/5.

I visited this amazing restaurant for the first time, and it truly felt like home. The selection of delicious Filipino dishes and street food was impressive.
