I often hear here for dinner when in guyancourt for the business, they know how to make a good rare steak, price is farewell, and service is what you need when you are away from home and wanted to relax after a day in the office....Never alone or in group.
Nice rag steak and champagne. My colleague had steactars that she said was perfect. Efficient service, but we were not rushed, and a beautiful cuddly feeling. A steady flow of customers tells me that this is also a good choice for locals. Recommended

Ok I know I'm fussy but the new menu and wine update (puisseguin) are better. The coffee however is still absolute rubbish (the other parts of my 'tout chocolat' were quite nice though)
