Tonight, a group of 12 friends went to grill it on the Stafford Road. Where do I start? The service was absolutely disgusting. As it was quite a large booking, I was asked to pre order the mains and pay a £60 deposit, so £5 each. When I got there, the girls said that they had been given menus and were told to order at the bar when they were ready. I went to the bar and asked why they had been given menus when I had pre ordered the food a week before. This was quickly sorted. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but I feel that it is totally necessary in this instance, as this place needs to know where they’re going wrong. The food is very good, and I have always enjoyed everything I have eaten here. The issue is the staff. It appears that all of the members of staff at the Stourbridge restaurant have either zero people skills/enthusiasm to work, or simply have not had any necessary training required to work with members of the public in a restaurant setting. Good afternoon Usually I don’t write any reviews, but I feel I have to share this . I very often visit this place and always enjoyed and felt comfortable. But today happened disgusting situation and left me feel very upset. Today as usual I ordered coffee and sat down at the table. Then one member of the staff put music very loud, after that I went to ask them nicely to put music down a bit , because it was too loud. But their answer about my question shocked me. Dropped in to the Oldswinford branch at around 9pm on Saturday 23rd. It was one of those desperate options as didn’t fancy a curry and Couldn’t think of anywhere else to go. It’s a really poor imitation of Nando’s that charges pretty much the same price. I’m vegetarian and opted for the signature falafel wrap. Talk about stodge. It was basically a naan bread with a load of non particularly fresh salad and 3 dry chopped falafel (these were burnt! which I informed the waitress when she cleared away “oh, sorry about that” . I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant in 12 minutes, and the pizzas were already prepared. However, when I got home, I found that the pizzas were undercooked - the cheese wasn't melted and the crust was soggy. It was a disappointing experience, as it seemed that no effort was put into preparing the pizzas. I spent £24 on this meal and it was a waste of money. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

I recently dined at Grill It on Stafford Road with my family and friends, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the delicious food! I ordered a 1/4 chicken with fattoush salad and peri fries, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. My family got the family grill it meal, and the chicken was fresh and the pizza was the best I've ever had. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you.

The food at this restaurant is always great, and I have been here several times. However, I was disappointed that they did not ask us about allergies this time, especially since my partner ended up having an allergic reaction. Working in the hospitality industry ourselves, we know that asking about allergies should be the first thing to do. We were not happy with the service we received when we were seated.

About 12 in our group, i was visiting friends . Great staff, great food all cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed our meal. Wasn't silly prices either . I live about 100 miles from this restaurant, but if I get down that way again, I would definitely go back for a feed . Reserva una mesa ahora

Quite disappointing. The chips were soggy as if they had been sat in their packet for a long period of time before given to us. Bit expensive for what you get really. Also ordered my chicken lemon and herb and I’m convinced it’s hot.

Visited for the first time on the off chance and the food was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and polite and the food was with us in less than 10 minutes of service. Would highly recommend and will be going back again soon.
