our first visit to gringo. we are visiting from the opposite of dallas. I like hot sauce with a little kick. the hot sauce was good, but quite mild. they also serve a cream sauce that was not too bad. the chips were only typical pre-maid chips nothing special. the tortillas were fresh and hot, very tasty: the thin art, not thick and fluffy, but were still good. my man had the carne guisada, it was very good, tasteful and therapy was tender. my daughter and I had the pollen-Marisco-we loved it! the creamy sauce was really good! it comes with garnel and cancer ****, but I ordered without garnel, as my man has a food allergy. it was delicious! my teenage daughter had the burger....read more

by far the worst manager I've ever met was eating not so good. I ordered a combination meal requesting a substitution for the vernacular, because I do not eat a vernacular. my waiter told me that his manager armando luna told him that if I wanted a substitution, then I would have to pay anywhere from .30 $1.99, even replacing it with a simple crispy taco was adding the cost. I felt that it was ridiculous that I could not eat a pig, and I wanted the combo because it gave me the opportunity to try 4 different items. tacos al carbon were excellent! Charro beans have done right. great food, good service, but a few too many screaming children close to (so don't care about other diners). overall recommended!

Nice atmosphere, quality food, helpful waitstaff. Try the Queso Loco with fresh fried pork rinds. I come here all the time and the food is always great

Straight forward Mexican food genuinely prepared from scratch. Great drinks and don't forget the free ice cream machine as you leave. Repeat customer.
