eating and drinks were good, nothing special. crab claw was tiny. the biggest problem was terrible service where barkeeper would forget that we existed, go directly to us to the people on both sides of us. unless I said, excuse them and awaken my hand, no one would have asked us anything. I get that this was the last night of the place and guess a lot of regular they were in pandering, but then just make it a private event. apropos masters, many people who are important and claim other personal space. lady beside us has sat one of their 3 serviettes where the app board was my wife. The service was excellent and so was the food and the ambience. I did not appreciate the 3% surcharge to cover health insurance for the staff. I think it is embarrassing for the management to place a surcharge on the menu. Just roll it into the price but with the surcharge, I feel nickeled and dimed and it comes across as if the company does not otherwise take care of its staff unless I pay an extra fee for the staff's health insurance-on top of a good tip that is expected and that I am more than happy to pay for good service and knowing how hard the staff has been hit by the pandemic. It just makes the company look bad, which is unfortunate as otherwise it was an enjoyable evening
that was delicious. we all had the whispers and all loved them. the trout was amazing! grace was our server and she was perfect as the rest of the staff. many thanks for a great dinner.
The food and service were both fantastic but the blasting music hurt our overall experience. Why do restaurants think they are nightclubs? Please, please stop doing this.

Now, this is surely a bittersweet review to spend ending evening at a favorite place for so many years. it was like always fab. we'll miss it.
Amazing Mother's Brunch! Huhn and waffeln were perfect. lobster cream sauce in garnel and grits is drinkable. great first time!
delicious seafood! the scallops were amazing. the mixture of aromes of the senf and granate seed was phenomenal
