Orderd a Club sub minus tomatoes. Was told would be ready for pickup in 20 min. I arrived at the store 20 min later to find out my sub wasn 't even in the oven yet. I shrugged my shoulders with disappointment and said really its not even in the oven yet? The store employee said it will only take another 5 min. I said ok and went to wait in my car. When i came back in the employee accused me of making a scene and ask me if i wouldnt do that next time. That really upset me so i educated him on what a scene really looked like. I ordered two pizzas and a pound of wings on a Saturday evening in July. The estimated delivery time was 55 minutes, which was fine. However, after waiting 80 minutes with no food, I called the restaurant, and the second person I spoke to assured me that my order was likely on its way. Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive until nearly 90 minutes after I ordered, and it was barely lukewarm. I had requested extra bacon on the BLT pizza, but there was hardly any bacon, barely any mayo, and the lettuce was a bit brown. The wings were at room temperature but still tasted good. I usually enjoy Guido's, but this experience was disappointing. That said, I’m willing to give them another chance.
The staff was inexperienced and struggled with customer service. They incorrectly took my phone number and blamed it on the system. They didn’t have the ingredients to prepare my pizza and were unwilling to make any adjustments to address the inconvenience. The only solution they offered was to remove that pizza from my order. I'm sure the food would have been great, but there was no way to know. They kept the pizza they did have finished and ready.
I used a coupon for a free pizza today and chose the Veggie option. It was absolutely delicious! The pizza was made with great care, and the presentation was fantastic. Thank you! For those interested in vegetarian options, the Veggie pizza had onions, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, and black olives.

A first rate lasagna! This dish had two things most commercial lasagnas lack. An adequate amount of sauce(which in and of itself quite tasty)and layered with lots of ricotta cheese. Ill definitely be returning customer for this one.
I always get a GREAT salad here!! Doesn't matter what kind, they are all delicious... My favorite is The Cobb, excellent every time! Of course Pizza is yummy too!! I have an awesome photo, but I don't know how to post it ??
Website does not recognize their own coupon codes. Tried to order but wouldn’t accept. It also wouldn’t give me the option of paying in cash so I could show the store the coupon.
the pizza here is usually pretty good but unfortunately my bbq chicken pizza was burnt. maybe next time

The old world style pepperoni pizza ? was good, as was the Hawaiian and the cheese bread.
The lasagna is awesome with ground beef, mushrooms, and extra cheese.
