The order was still not ready at 19.20 and the response from you was 'well that 's the way it is ' When told that we would not order from you again, the reply was 'that 's fine '. I highly recommend booking through the app. I booked for a 7:00 PM delivery but my food arrived at 5:30 PM. I called to complain but my concerns were ignored, as is often the case with online orders. I will not be using the app again. The food was rated 4 out of 5, but the service and atmosphere both received a score of 1.
