Despite the mediocre (at best food, I 've been here several times now. This wouldn 't be the case were it not for groupon. You can get $30 worth of food plus $10 toward useless valet parking (useless because self-parking in their garage isn 't difficult and it 's free for $16 when groupon runs a promo code, which they do at least a couple of times a week. This place would absolutely be 1 star were it not for groupon. While the portion sizes are quite large, the only flavors you will notice are salt and grease. Service: I made reservations for 7pm. Got there at 6:45p, the hostess told me it would be 5 mins to clear a table. Waited 20 before I decided to go up and let her know what was up. Not a fan of this place due to the service that was lacking. Came here for a Yelp event prior to this visit and that was the main reason I wanted to come back here because the service and food was incredible during the event, but my experience here was a terrible one. The food was okay nothing as spectacular as it seemed the first time I came when I was here with other Yelp Elite. As far a the service, it was so slow! Like slower than a sloth slow. If you're looking for the largest, juiciest, and most indulgent Philly cheesesteak in the area, this is the place to go. Just don’t forget to bring your knife and fork! I visited during a business trip with some colleagues, and it's located on the upper level of Harrah's casino, which was oddly quiet during our visit. We were seated by a window overlooking the horse track. The food was quite good, and the beer was enjoyable as well. However, the service was a bit lacking, causing one of our coworkers to leave and find another restaurant. Check out the photos to see if you’re up for tackling such a massive cheesesteak. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bit of a stomach ache afterward.
Im confused by this place. I had excellent service from Simone! Food came out fast enough. The burger was tasty. Pretty cool atmosphere for a racetrack casino. A little loud but that's the point. Totally cool vibes. The desert potions are huge. But the cheesecake was wrong in so many levels and totally below expectations for a TV chef or a casino. That's too easy to get right. The other miss was the brócoli rabe. Again, too easy to f**k up yet you did. Service great. Burger great. Drinks superb. There was a lot of great looking food coming out of the kitchen too! It’s frustrating enough that my Eagles aren't in the running for a repeat. On the plus side, while dining, I received an alert that our own Philadelphia Eagles player Chris Long would receive the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award! The ambiance is lovely and the food is delicious, but the service was extremely slow—really, excessively slow! If you’re looking for a place where you can get in and out in a reasonable time, this is NOT the restaurant for you! We spoke with a manager who was aware of the negative experience yet didn’t even offer us a beer—oh, they had run out!
The restaurant has recently changed its name to Philly Tap and Tavern, previously known as Not Guys. I visited for a family dinner, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the food. The lettuce in my salad was brown, and when we received our dinner plates and asked for butter for our potatoes, we were told that the restaurant doesn't have any butter at all, not even for cooking. This was really disappointing, and I doubt I'll be returning.

Come for the pictures to post on Instagram, stay for an ok meal. I think I would have enjoyed this place more if it were in a better location. Tucked inside the Harrah's casino, does not make the best spot to eat and really sets a tone for the food quality. Everything we got was slightly wrong and the nachos were the worst nachos I have ever had. The biggest surprise was how good the chicken tenders were. I wouldn't really suggest this place.
