I would order takeout but have you seen the limited options now? They still have great food if you can get it. I use to call but now they send you to website and you cannot customize order. I prefer the old roberto all beef with green chilli sauce. It's now a struggle to get the simple order seated in restaurant, call in order or online of Two beef enchiladas with green sauce, beef taco, pinto beans and rice. Chips and dip. Try ordering that online or in the restaurant. SMH Maybe if you offered ground chicken it would be easier because the current chicken enchiladas are dry even with green sauce. We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this restaurant, and it didn't go as smoothly as we hoped. Our meals were served around the same time as a nearby table, and unfortunately, two of our dishes were mistakenly placed in front of their guests. When one of the servers tried to serve a wrong dish to my son, he quickly corrected them. It took three servers to resolve the mix-up, and they simply returned the incorrect orders to our table. In addition, two items were dropped on the floor, and a serving tray was left awkwardly close to my chair, remaining there even when we left. As for the food, it was quite bland and lacked any spice. I’ve seen some previous reviews about their food and service. All I can say is that we had a wonderful experience dining here tonight. Our server, Hannah, was very attentive; she checked on us frequently, took our drink and food orders promptly, and even surprised us with a birthday dessert for our group. She was both friendly and professional. My chicken fajitas were not only delicious but also generous in portion size—I even took some home, which is quite rare for me. We arrived just before closing, so we were a bit concerned about receiving the “leftovers,” but that wasn’t the case at all. I would definitely return.
We had a fantastic experience at Hacienda tonight! We were a group of 12, and Dominic took excellent care of us. My ground beef chimichanga was perfect, as always. I discovered something new: Hacienda has a chocolate piñata! Since we were celebrating, we ordered the piñata and got to smash it with a bat. It was such a fun experience! Hacienda will always be one of my favorite places.

This restaurant has seen a decline in quality over the years. My table was dirty, and the dishes were not clean either. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. The napkin had lint and hairs all over it. Overall, it just doesn't match the high standards it used to have. There's also an unpleasant smell that reminds me of an Applebee's.
Wonderful experience at Hacienda Colorado. Went in Monday night and they were able to seat us at a high top near the bar right away. Our server was very outgoing and fun. The food came out quickly, and the shrimp tacos were excellent. Generous portions, flavorful and fresh.
I went for a lunch date and had a great experience. The service was wonderful and friendly. The food was delightful, especially the queso blanco, which I really enjoyed. However, the rice was a bit too al dente for my taste, as I'm not a fan of that texture in rice.
Great stop for my sister and I to enjoy a late lunch. Attentive staff, great menu options, and did not leave hungry!
