Hackney's On Harms

Medium rare Bison Burger was cooked moderately hard. They prepared a replacement, but it was between rare and raw. Waitress said the manager would come to our table, but he never did. She then said no charges, choose something else. I have a chicken sandwich just because they said it was on the house. They accused themselves of what they had said. We are regularly at the restaurant. We were disappointed.

The geodesic dome experience was fantastic! Decorated with twinkle lights, throw blankets and pillows, and heated perfectly with 2 heaters. The ambiance makes it a perfect date night with friends or a bigger group. Food is consistently good and what you expect, and the service is warm and friendly. Cold Chicago winters make the dome a perfect outdoor dining experience! Highly recommend!!

Superior food, superior staff! One of the BEST burgers in the Chicagoland area! I had the Onion Cheeseburger, (a burger topped with American Cheese and Onion Rings), cooked to your liking. They serve it with bottomless fries. Always great service here! Never have I had a disappointed experience at Hackney's on Harms. Highly recommend!!

great food, great waitress! the big bang garnel appetizer was to die so good! my French dip was delicious and my man brisket sandwich melted in the mouth. the riders are also really good!
